The T-47 began life as a consumer-market airspeeder, sold directly to everyday pilots and families. It became especially popular with younger pilots, and later with the Rebel Alliance, due to its ease of maintenance, the availability of spare parts, and a reputation for being highly tunable for increased speed.
This MOC is closely based on a 1996 concept illustration, which shares the same wedge-shaped silhouette but features larger repulsorlift housings and no weaponry. Like my other T-47 builds, it includes detailed rear cooling fins and four poseable air brake flaps. The cockpit interior features a pilot seat with flight controls and a forward-facing rear seat for a passenger.
I’ve designed five custom Incom T-47 variants, spanning the civilian models sold in both consumer and commercial forms across the galaxy, the Hidden Path conversion seen in Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the Rebel Alliance’s iconic Snowspeeder on Hoth, along with its desert-tuned Sandspeeder counterpart.
