In the scale of the 2023 gunship with inspiration from the official LEGO UCS Republic Gunship model and Star Wars ILM movie prop and Clone Wars animated series references. Fully remade from the ground up as of April 13th, 2026 in a much more eye catching and accurate portrayal of the original source material from Lucasfilm. Custom building instructions, Stud.io design file and parts list files included with purchase.

This is a colour variant of my other Clone Wars style LAAT/I Republic Gunship MOC’s, be sure to choose the variant that is right for you. For this variant in particular, I took extra care to check over and adjust as needed each and every part so that I can maximise the reusable parts and stickers over from the official LEGO 2023 Coruscant Guard Gunship. This model is not just a mere retooling of the official model as it has been made from the ground up in an all new more accurate yet stable and feature rich no-compromise design. I counted 582 of the 1059 (non-Minifigure) pieces, or 55% of the parts from the retail LEGO set were reused.

Also, I am now separating starting with this variant the accessories from the main gunship for the parts list and instructions for ease of building and cost savings for customers. I highly recommend using LEGO's online Pick-A-Brick service and or with your own collection to source the parts, followed by Bricklink to fill in the gaps. That method for me has been the cleanest and most cost effective, although tedious. Again many thanks for all of your kind support to my projects over the past couple years!

--- UPDATE April 13, 2026 (7:30 am PST) --- --- MODEL AND INSTRUCTIONS REMADE FROM GROUND-UP,BIGGEST UPDATE YET! --- Made even more robust than before and to lego playset stability standards using non-illegal building techniques, while incorporating an even more spacious interior due to the removal of all intrusive support beams in the interior thanks to innovative and stable techniques and features not even found in the larger official UCS LEGO Republic Gunship. This new version has been 2 years in the making (admittedly off and on), taking countless time to complete to perfection. Instructions have been thoughtfully created for a clear flawless LEGO level of experience.
All parts that are fully non-visible are included in standard LEGO red colour so that they can be replaced by any available colour as needed, so as to safe cost for the end user for their part procurement process. As well, all but a small handful of parts are available on LEGO's online Pick-A-Brick service, further saving cost vs other LEGO part purchasing services such as Bricklink. Features a fully Minifig traversable interior free of supports, standard double cockpits, Minifig compatible removable bubble turrets and search spotlights, fully functioning double side and rear doors, pivotable turrets and a UCS style minimal sleek and sturdy stand to accompany your gunship. Stand and accessories could be omitted from your part purchase procurement for further cost reductions. More versions and Colour-ways to come, feel free to drop recommendations for new models as well!
