In the parts XML file and instructions, part https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3069pb0312&C=110#T=C&C=110 appears as the car's license plate, but I recommend replacing it with the piece you like best, or even customizing your own. I ended up using the part https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3069pb1457&idColor=1#T=C&C=1 as a fun little nod, but it isn't available in Stud.io.
