I’m excited to share the instructions for my updated 8-stud version of the Plymouth Superbird, a legendary muscle car that's instantly recognizable by its iconic design. After giving my old Speed Champions 6-stud version a refresh, it only seemed fitting to upgrade this classic in the larger 8-stud scale as well.

This build isn’t just a simple enlargement—I've incorporated new techniques to take full advantage of the larger scale. With more space to work with, I’ve been able to add plenty of detail that wasn’t possible before, making this version more accurate and packed with character. Plus, it's now roomy enough to comfortably seat three minifigs!

This model uses creative methods like SNOT (Studs Not on Top), brackets, modified bricks, and some very cool connections that really bring out the car's unique look and structure. Building the Superbird in this larger format was a lot of fun, and I hope you’ll enjoy assembling it as much as I did. It’s one of my favorite muscle car builds, and I’m thrilled to see it in this new scale!
