I’m excited to share my latest build: an 8-stud version of the Ford Maverick truck! This project has been a long time coming. I was really happy with the 6-stud version I created earlier, so much so that it became the foundation for most of the 6-stud trucks I’ve built since. I’ve always considered it one of my best MOCs, so when folks started asking if I was going to upscale it, the idea stuck with me. I finally decided to take on the challenge, and now that it’s complete, I wish I had done it sooner because the results are fantastic!

This 8-stud version retains the essence of the original but with some exciting new features. I’ve incorporated many of the cool techniques from the smaller model while adding several new details to take advantage of the larger scale. One of the highlights is the more detailed front section, which really brings the truck’s rugged character to life. Plus, this version comfortably fits three minifigures, making it a perfect addition to any LEGO city.

I’m really pleased with how this build turned out, and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do! I’d love to hear your thoughts, so feel free to share your feedback in the comments!
