Saesee Tinn was one of the best pilots of the jedi order. In the 2003 Clone Wars, we see him use an ETA-2 Interceptor during the Battle of Coruscant.

This is based on the build of Baufman Brick's Jedi Interceptor he made via modifying the design created by No1LikesCherry which then was modified by Cosimox
