The All Terrain Patrol Pod (AT-PP) is a special walker variant made to patrol and protect Orbital Ship Yards such as Kuat Drive Yards. It is a walker designed to fight in the vacuum of space. The head can turn 360 degrees in order to help combat against quick Starfighter adversaries. Originally put into service first by the Galactic Republic, the AT-PP remained a staple of Kuat's defense up until the Battle of Jakuu and the end of the Empire. As the Imperial Remnant fled to the Unknown Regions, the schematics of the AT-PP were salvaged and used to make newer AT-PPs to use as Scout Walkers and Riot suppression Walkers in First Order worlds.
