Presenting my latest wearable LEGO cosplay item - Doctor Doom's mask, inspired by the upcoming film  Avengers: Doomsday, with some comic-book influences as well.

The build is optimised for affordability - anything in the instructions that's coloured lime green is internal structure, and as such can be any colour! They are in the parts list as colour "not applicable", for ease of uploading into Bricklink.

This mask uses some metallic silver pieces to highlight details and add depth, which does add extra cost to the model. If you want a cheaper build, all of the silver parts can be swapped out for plain grey equivalents.
