The Raider-class corvette is a 150-metre warship employed by the Galactic Empire for patrol, interdiction, and combat support operations.

Designed primarily to engage smaller Rebel vessels, the Raider-class features powerful weapons and high maneuverability, allowing it to pursue and intercept enemy starfighters and light capital ships. Its armament includes laser cannons, turbolasers, and ion cannons, making it particularly effective against fast-moving targets.

The vessel's speed and concentrated firepower allow it to serve as an escort for larger Imperial warships or operate independently to patrol Imperial space. Although it lacks the heavy armor and firepower of larger capital ships, the Raider-class is well suited to countering starfighter attacks and disrupting Rebel operations.
