The Imperial construction droid, a four-legged spider-esque droid, was used by the Galactic Empire for the assembly of large-scale construction projects.

These construction droids were notably used for the assembly of the first Death Star’s superlaser above Scarif in 5 BBY. They were also carried on board Imperial-class Star Destroyers, where they were used to repair damage to the ships' hull and perform modifications and upgrades.
