The Salvaged AT-Hauler is a unique variant modified by Rebels to aid in the transportation of walkers, large crates, and troops in battle. It has room for a pilot within and cargo in the form of custom boxes, and some extra room in the back. The scaffold platform is now sealed with plating, and shorter, to fit the likeness of the model from Star Wars: Commander. 

This MOC has unique capabilities like the moving arms which can be rotated, but unlike the imperial version, there is little room for its landing gear, so it sits higher, but this function is not seen in Commander.
