This is a first generation (7L) pre-facelift Volkswagen Touareg MOC. It was introduced in 2002 and quickly became a popular mid-size SUV in Europe and America, offering a wide variety of engine choices, roomy interior and good quality materials. This MOC features:

• Opening frond and rear doors

• Detailed interior (I think it fits minifigs up front if you remove the seat bottoms, but no guarantees)

• Opening hood with fake engine underneath (modeled after the plastic cover on the V10 TDI)

• Recognizable VW Touareg design features all around.

This MOC can be built in a variety of colors: Reddish brown, dark blue, light and dark bluish gray, black, white, red, blue (minus the mudguards) and dark tan (replacing part 24246 with a 1x1 round plate). The interior comes in tan with reddish brown for the wood trim, but can also be black, gray or reddish brown all around. Yellow parts can be any color as they cant be seen. The spare 1x2 plate is needed in case you dont want a front license plate.

You can put a VW printed tile as the front logo if you have one, but it looks good with a regular tile too.

This purchase includes hand made PDF instructions (in reddish brown with tan interior). No refunds - if you notice a mistake let me know and Ill do my best to fix it. This model has not been test built in real life, but Im confident it should be buildable and reasonably sturdy. the rear windshield is an old part, but you should be able to find used ones for less than 2$, and if not, the car looks fine without it
