The Twin Serpents Lounge adds to my Outer Rim Outpost Town. This building is two stories tall with a lounge area on top and a restaurant and bar on the bottom. The circular design of the building is tricky and tedious when building, but ends up quite sturdy and allows for accessibility to both floors of the MOC.

The MOC building is set on top of a Rock Base platform. The pieces for the Building and the Rock Base are included in this MOC, but the Rock Base could be removed if you wanted to only build the building. I have included separate xml parts lists for both the Building and the Rock Base. 

I have also included the Studio file for this build so you can alter the interior and change any colors if needed. 

Any Lime Green piece in the Building MOC can be substituted for any color. And any Lime Green and Red piece in the Rock Base Platform can be substituted for any color.
